Moods by thinkthx is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Moods is for personal reflection only and is not a medical tool. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the laws of Australia apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Moods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License to Use
• Moods and all related intellectual property, including design, code, mood orbs, and branding, are owned by thinkthx.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute the app.
3. Purchase & Payment
Moods is available as a one-time purchase through the App Store.
Payment is processed securely via your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Once purchased, you have full access to all app features with no recurring fees or in-app subscriptions.
Any refund requests must be made directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• Use Moods for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the app.
• Misuse or misrepresent the outputs of Moods.
5. Disclaimers
• Moods is a reflection tool and not a medical or mental health device.
• The app does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
• If you experience emotional distress or mental health concerns, please seek professional help.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, thinkthx is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of Moods.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App Store listing and/or within the app.
